CLR11 – (Contaminated Land Report)

The ‘Model Procedures for the Management of Land Contamination', issued by the Environment Agency, SEPA and Defra in 2004, which set out the way in which the government and regulators will expect any assessment, investigation, remediation and reporting of development on potentially contaminated land to be addressed by the developer, within the UK planning system.
