This conference will explore a wide range of current issues affecting Scottish developers, remediators, regulators and local authorities, including a regulatory update, asbestos in soil and managing liabilities.

Delegates will benefit from a special keynote address from the Scottish Government, as well as SEPA's interpretation of land and water legislation and Scottish case studies including the Commonwealth Games site.
