Landmark Environment has launched its new Envirocheck Flood Screening Report service to bring together flood information from a range of sources.
Landmark points out that the Environment Agency has recently deemed hundreds of developers' flood assessments unsatisfactory and consultants must refer to a variety of information sources.
The new service includes information from Agency data and another four sources on surface flooding, flood depths and undefended flood risk.
"A high degree of accuracy is imperative and was therefore a key concern for us in developing this report," says managing director David Mole.
"Maps are included at 1:10,000 and 1:50,000 scales and include contour detail and spot height information, giving clear and rapid information on local topography."
