The London Development Agency is seeking development partners for six large sites in east London as part of its strategy to dispose of all of its larger sites over the next five years.

The six sites are the 13.2ha Parcelforce site in West Ham, 2.4ha at Silvertown Way west of the Royal Docks, 11.92ha at Albert Basin in the Docks, 0.8ha at Chequers Corner and 10.44ha at Beam Park in Dagenham and 7.05ha at Beam Reach in Rainham.

The sites are intended for a mix of employment, housing etc..

"With the eyes of the world on London in the run-up to the 2012 Games, we are looking for partners who share our vision for east London," said LDA deputy chief executive Peter Bishop.

"We want high-quality homes, high environmental standards and well-designed open and green space - creating an area where people want to live, work, play and do business. These sites are opportunities to press ahead with east London's regeneration."
